Siamang Forest Washed is a blend of Bourbon and Typica arabica varieties that are shade grown on Back Bay Estate in Simalungun, North Sumatra. Leo has developed his own methods for fermentation that make this washed coffee consistently bold and rich with depth of flavor and round juicy yet syrupy mouthfeel.
Packaged in resealable pouches for extended freshness. Do not refrigerate.
