Nira Washed is shade grown on Back Bay Estate in Simalungun, North Sumatra. Leo has developed his own fermentation methods for washed arabicas that reveal the natural flavors and create a cleaner, softer structure.
Taste / Terroir: Brown Sugar, Malt and Ripe Stone Fruits fruits in the finish
Structure: Citrusy Acidity and Syrupy Body; lingering sweetness and ripe stone fruit notes in the aftertaste.
