Leo will spend time with each client to assess their property, facility and equipment goals. A consultation brief explaining the overall assessment along with an action plan outline and timeline are the deliverables for this stage of consultation services.

Project Design | Facility

Each project is unique to the client goals. The next steps for design consultation services will be a services contract agreement written specifically for each project. Costs are provided for this service as part of the initial consultation brief.

Site Visits

Leo will travel to client project site for initial consultation assessments. The travel expenses will be billed to client after site visit(s).
