Fermentation serves two important functions. Functional and Intrinsic. Learn how to control your process to achieve consistent, high quality arabica for more Grade 1 quality sensory and physical product results.

To register go to Shop for one or more workshops. The cost is 2 juta per person and includes lunch and refreshments. Instruction starts at 8am and ends at 4pm. Workshop balances lecture and hands on activities that will give participants useful knowledge they can use.

Leo has a command of theoretical knowledge, hands on experience. He is a highly qualified and passionate instructor that will give the attention necessary to ensure each student takes away valuable knowledge and skills they can implement in their own processing facilities.
