Prepare your soil and your crops for the extreme weather pattern challenges facing farmers across the globe. Learn how to build healthy soil that will provide you with stable crop yields and better quality crops to market without chemicals. Learn how much you can save annually by building your own composts. 

We offer Original Curriculum based on over 30 years of business management experience and 15 years of farming arabica coffee and other crops in Sumatra. Join one or more of these 1 day workshops. Balanced time between classroom lecture and ‘Hands On’ activities on site at Back Bay Estate’s farm and facility.

Workshops are held biannually with open registration to men and women.
