ABYSSINIA is an Ethiopian Landrace Heritage variety of arabica coffee. Known for floral sweetness and vanilla finishes, this exceptional variety has a distinct Sumatra terroir when processed as our traditional giling basa or wet hull. Fermented with the native yeasts here in Simalungun, this variety takes on a complex array of flavor notes from subtle ripe, blackberry to floral, to sweet malt and vanilla finish. Structure of soft mouthfeel and lingering sweet aftertastes. Available again in January 2026.
