A terroir that gives sweet caramel notes at the front and honey, vanilla notes in the finish. Structure; Softly creamy mouthfeel and lingering sweet, clean finish. Harvested in May 2026 from Back Bay Estate arabica. Rested in grainpro. A seasonal limited offering.

A pulped natural process of Red and Yellow Bourbons, managed with regenerative agriculture by Lisa on Back Bay Estate. Fermented carefully to reach a Honey finish product. Table dried in crisp mountain air of Simalungun. Hulled and sorted for near 0 defect. Rested in grainpro. A seasonal limited offering.
