A pulped natural process of Caturra and Catimor managed with regenerative agriculture by Lisa on Back Bay Estate. Fermented carefully to reach a Honey finish product. Table dried in crisp mountain air of Simalungun. Hulled and sorted by Leo for near 0 defect. Rested in grainpro.

An “underdog” product. Physical grade of green is non specialty. Sensory grade of roasted beans is specialty.
