Native yeast fermentation of table dried natural process cherry gives this bourbon arabica a true terroir driven cup profile.The crop is managed without chemical inputs and the soil is maintained with regenerative agriculture. As always, near 0 defect hand sorted quality. Depending on how you roast and brew the green beans, the variety can give you more umami forward flavor profile with vanilla or honey sweetness. Expect fruit notes of ripe yellow stone fruits in the flavor and a lingering finish that is always sweet and clean.
