ABYSSINIA is an Ethiopian Landrace Heritage variety of arabica coffee. Known for floral sweetness and vanilla finishes, this exceptional variety has a distinct Sumatra terroir when processed as dry natural. Fermented with the native yeasts while on raised drying beds here in Simalungun, this variety takes on a complex array of flavor notes from subtle ripe, red and black berries to white florals, to honey and vanilla finish. Structure of soft mouthfeel, sparkling acidity and lingering sweet aftertastes.
