ABYSSINIA is an Ethiopian Landrace Heritage variety of arabica coffee. Known for floral sweetness and vanilla finishes, this exceptional variety has a distinct Sumatra terroir when processed as dry natural. Fermented with the native yeasts while on raised drying beds here in Simalungun, this variety takes on a complex array of flavor notes from subtle ripe, red and black berries to white florals, to  honey and vanilla finish. Structure of soft mouthfeel, sparkling acidity and lingering sweet aftertastes. Available now as preorder for delivery June 2026.
