A blend of Mundo Novo and Onan Ganjang Arabica grown and processed on Back Bay Estate.  Native yeasts fermentation for the table dried cherry gives a terroir driven taste profile of ripe black fruit, soft chocolate notes and a hint of earthiness in the finish. Lingering sweetness and a softer syrupy body thanks to the blend of Sumatra grown bourbons. As always, hand sorted to near 0 defect.
