The production line was commissioned and custom built in 2017 by specialized coffee equipment workshop in Medan to strict specifications and quality standards for Specialty Arabica Green Bean Dry Milling production by owners / operators

Throughout the years, equipment are used in a low work hours (per use and total accumulated hours), always properly calibrated, regularly maintained and only serviced by coffee equipment professionals.

1) Gravity Separator (Density table / Suton) 4 Blower

1 1⁄2 ton per hour capacity, 4 – blowers gravity separator that can be utilized as pre-cleaner, density separator, blending and re- bagging, complete with a 5 meter high bucket grain elevator and a dedicated control panel for operating its blower, main centric table movement, 4 – blower fans and elevator. Green bean will be separated by density (from left to right) to: channel 1 (heaviest density green bean), channel 2 (good density green beans), channel 3 (re-pass green beans) and channel 4 (broken – chipped – cut & light impurities).

Concentrates impurities and foreign materials (FM) for more efficient separation by subsequent machines. Separates materials into four groups by density:

• Stones and other heavy impurities and foreign materials (FM).
• Whole clean green bean.
• Low density and damaged / broken – chipped – cut (BCC) green bean.
• Light impurities, parchment skins, dried pods and dust.

2) Size Grader | 4 Screens separation

1 1⁄2 ton per hour capacity, four screens. Hundreds of screens / sieve combinations (can be used with different sizes peaberry screen) can be made available to match your specific requirement.

This machine has 4 separator screens sizes for:

• extra large bean (>7.5mm),
• large bean (6.5mm – 7.5 mm),
• medium bean(5 mm – 6.5 mm),
• small including broken – chipped – cut bean (>5 mm)

3) Satake FMS2000-F “Pikasen” Alpha Plus Color Sorter

Made in Hiroshima, Japan by Satake Corporation, a leader in optical color sorting technology, FMS2000-F Pikasen Alpha Plus has all the new features, automatic sensitivity creation system which enables the machine to sort various materials in high accuracy, a dream color sorting machinery in producing specialty grade Arabica green bean and or roasted coffee.

Included in the set:

• Satake FMS2000-F “Pikasen” Alpha Plus Color Sorter
• 8 meter bucket grain elevator complete with suction blower mini “Hungky” system
• 250 kg feeder hopper
• 3 – phase, 3 hp 107 liter dual head compressor (Shark)
• 200 liter high pressure air tank stabilizer system complete with water and oil filtration system and easy coupling air hoses
• 3 – day commissioning & operator(s) training and profile settings (naturals, honey, full wash dry hull & wet hull)

4) Hungky Blending – Catador

Perfect for removal of fine dust and light impurities, small size stones and small metals (metal shavings, screws, nails, etc) removal in pre – cleaning, blending, re-bagging & standardizing 60kg Arabica green bean.

5) Three, 5 meter high grain elevators; complete with a double pulley stabilizing system

Reliable, heavy duty & low maintenance bucket grain elevators; all units features a double pulley stabilizing system to ensure a steady rpm and steady torque for a long lasting and lower maintenance system.

6) One, 8 meter grain elevator for use with Color Sorter.

7) Electrical Control Panels (2)

Featuring Schneider electric components for a reliable, dependable and high quality electrical stability in monitoring, controlling starting and shutting off each individual electromotor for the coffee milling equipment, complete with an emergency shut off button.

• Schneider Relays: connecting & disconnecting electrical equipment from the 3 – phase power line, protecting against electrical surges.
• Terminal Blocks: connecting and distributing electrical wires (insulated & modular)
• Main Circuit Breaker (MCB): protection against electrical surges as on – off main control for the 3 – phase power line.
• Miscellaneous circuit breakers and fuses: protecting the system from electrical overloads and short circuits.

8) ”Apollo” Cyclone Dust Collection System

Featuring cyclone system, a 3 meter tall “Apollo” dust collection system.

Locally made designed for durability, sturdy body construction and simple design, as well as easy cleaning and low maintenance.

9) Electromotors

3 – phase Electromotors (of better quality and genuine brand, varies in sizes from 1Hp to 15Hp) are included per intended design of each machinery); all 3 – phase electrical cables will be included, however, should there be a need for additional lengths for installation it will be Buyer’s responsibility.

Equipment are being sold as an entire Dry Milling Production line and are in excellent working condition therefore being sold as is, no refund. Removal, transportation logistics and installation by professional team are Buyer’s responsibility. LLO will assist in designing layout at the new facility when needed. Commissioning and Training is specifically done for Satake FMS2000-F Pikasen Alpha Plus color sorter for a full 3 working days only; anything outside the work scope can be discussed for additional costs & fees.
